2 Day Tournament
Registration Criteria
Here are the steps to properly register for the CBN State Championship:
#1 – All Clubs MUST Send in $100.00 worker guarantee deposit check & a $100.00 Angler guarantee deposit Check (Two separate checks with the Club name in the memo of each) along with the name & number of the worker and the day he/she wishes to work to Paul Dingee at same address as above BY MAILING DEADLINE.
IF THE WORKER DOES NOT SHOW UP THE WORKERS CHECK WILL BE FORFIETED. IF YOUR CLUB ANGLERS DO NOT SHOW UP TO FISH YOUR ANGLERS CHECK WILL BE FORFIETED. IF ALL THE CRITERIA HAS BEEN MET THE DEPOSITE CHECKS WILL NOT BE CASHED AND WILL BE RETURNED.
- If these checks are not sent your club members will not be allowed to fish!!!!
#2– Application will be located on the web site. Complete both sections of application. Mail w/$120 Entry/Parking/Launch Fee (Ck payable to “CBN”) & copies of other application information to:

- MUST BE POSTMARKED or Hand Delivered NO EXCEPTIONS!!
#3 – Zebra Mussel Form – All Anglers and Co-Anglers must include a signed copy of the Zebra Mussel Cover letter with this application. The forms must be dated for the dates of the actual tournament. Applications received without the applicable paperwork WILL BE RETURNED!
#4– Visit website on Sept 30th 2013 to check who you are paired with and their contact info. – Anglers, regardless if registered as angler or co-angler MUST contact their partner in advance. For boater to boater pairings, please discuss and decide who the boater will be. Let Paul Dingee or Sylvia Morris know the Thursday prior to the tournament. This makes check-in run smoother.
All Clubs & Anglers must be in good standings to participate!
